Roz’ mission is simple: to improve your overall wellbeing while not only achieving results but having fun in the process. Working both indoors and outdoors and encouraging others to do what they thought they couldn't! My motto is “You've got to work from within'.

You can run, swim, cycle, gym - no matter what age - You can do it! Remember... 'The impossible is only imagined’. Roz does personal training both in and out of the gym, she specialises on the Power Plate, has a run club and is qualified to teach swimming from beginners up to club level. Roz loves people and embraces the opportunity to help anyone to feel better about themselves.
