Kulwinder will focus you on becoming either leaner, bigger, faster or stronger. He works with MMA fighters and sports people on strength and conditioning for their specialist disciplines but also people with a general interest in fitness who want to improve their overall strength and health.

Kulwinder works with MMA fighters and sports people whose goal is to gain more strength in oder to help them in their sport of practice. He also works with people with a general interest in fitness who need to build muscle and strength for general health reasons. Strength training can be used to lose excess body fat and improve your body composition and not just to build muscle or strength.
For Kulwinder, martial arts training isn’t about learning how to fight, it is about learning a fun new skill which has helped people to world over to improve their health for the better. It is also an incredible form of stress relief. He uses martial arts training for those who wish to achieve their fitness goals in an environment completely away from the gym norm.
