Evan is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 12 years of helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalised, evidence-based coaching. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Exeter, providing a strong foundation in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and performance, which underpins his approach to training.

Alongside his work as a personal trainer, Evan is a proud member of the British Stunt Register, working on productions such as House of the Dragon and 28 Years Later. This extensive background in multiple skills and disciplines has given him a deep understanding of movement, athletic performance, mobility, and body control, allowing him to coach clients of all abilities with confidence and precision.
