Kerry’s philosophy is that everyone has to start somewhere with fitness and regardless of where that is, as long as you try your best you will achieve your goal. Kerry understands the difficulties related to fitness through his own experience of being overweight and the health risks involved.
This experience has left him with first hand knowledge of what it takes to lose weight and the different methods that can be used to achieve your goals. Through his own weight loss journey Kerry has developed an advanced knowledge of the benefits that come with weight loss and a desire to help others achieve similar goals. Since then, Kerry went on to learn about the science behind weight loss in order to better understand the changes within the human body and how best to adapt training programmes suited for weight loss.
Kerry’s other specialty is martial arts training, with an 8 year background in Boxing and Muay Thai. Through this, Kerry has learnt the importance of discipline when it comes to training and how the incorrect attitude can cause you to fall short of what you want to achieve. However with the right attitude it is possible to not only reach your goals but surpass them.
