Through understanding the body and mind, Alyas has gained unique principles on what treatment is required to achieve the goals of the individual. With a medical background and a natural approach to life he can determine the way to move forward to provide life long benefits.

As a personal trainer ‘Support is Strength’ for Alyas, which is why it is important have a professional guide in this industry who can prescribe the right exercises and nutrition to get the required results. Alyas’ concepts are that ‘Exercise/Nutrition is Medicine’, ‘To be Functional’ and ‘Core is Key’.

Exercise has been part of his life through Mixed Martial Arts such as Wing Chun, Escrima, Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai. He is the creator of D-Fence (a self protection system derived through martial arts and the security industry). This helps the individual to gain confidence through confrontation and to be able to protect themselves where necessary.
